At Halloween Cart, we use third-party suppliers and international shipping partners to deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods (such as Halloween), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are 10–20 business days for most Australian addresses. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or any other events outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (when available). Tracking information may take a few days to update after the order is dispatched.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most orders shipped within Australia and USA do not incur additional customs charges. However, if any duties, taxes, or fees are applied, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at halloweencart@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier. Compensation (if any) will be handled at our sole discretion and only after a reasonable investigation period.

9. Risk of Loss
All risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
